Wayne Karo, CEO

Wayne Karo brings over a decade of wireless hardware experience and leadership to Pipeline and is the former COO for the company. His high tech business experience includes employment at Teradyne, Analog Devices, and Anritsu. Karo was a wireless applications engineer and product manager for Teradyne Japan Division, responsible for new product development of semiconductor test equipment. He has a MSEE in radio frequency (RF) integrated circuit (IC) design from Stanford University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. He is also a Pacific Century Fellow, class of 2007.

David Hales, CFO

David Hales is a Certified DoD Acquisitions Professional with experience managing complex software and wireless projects, including the flight line wireless maintenance network for the $18.6B F/A-22 Raptor fighter aircraft program. He has an MBA in International Finance from the University of Hawaii and a ScB degree in Physics from MIT.

Eric Griffith, President

Eric Griffith is a retired submarine force CDR USN, and a former requirements and Congressional liaison officer for OPNAV responsible for the multi-billion dollar Virginia and Seawolf Class programs. He has a MSME and MSNE from Georgia Tech.

Monte Littlefield, Chairman
Monte Littlefield has over 23 years of international and Defense Department experience. He was formerly the Lead for Business Development for Booz Allen Hamilton’s Worldwide Technology Business in Japan. Littlefield is a retired U.S. Army Signals Intelligence officer with significant experience in communications security, anti-terrorism and force protection, and missile defense and has a MBA in International Business from the University of Hawaii.

Henry Montgomery, Director, Chairman of Audit Committee
Henry Montgomery has more than 40 years of experience in financial and corporate management. He has held various senior executive positions in many high-tech companies including Theta Microelectronics, Spectrian Corporation, Pinnacle Micro, SyQuest Technology, and Memorex Corporation. Montgomery is currently chairman and audit committee member of Swift Energy Company, and Catalyst Semiconductor, Inc. He recently co-authored “Enron Provides Lessons on Audits for Accountants and Public Companies” for the Washington Legal Foundation, and “Directors Need to Set the Tone” for the Silicon Valley Biz Ink.
